Visa Extends its Partnership with the NFL
The financial services company announced that it’s renewing its agreement with the National Football League “to serve as the league’s Official Payment Services Technology Partner through the 2025 season.”
As part of the multi-year deal, Visa cardholders will be able to use contactless and digital payments at NFL events.
Both organizations have been partners since 1995.
Aetna and Apple Collaborate on a New Health App
The health care insurance company is working with Apple to launch Attain by Aetna, a health app that leverages Apple Watch data.
According to the application’s website, Attain by Aetna combines a user’s health history with his or her Apple Watch activity to offer action plans, goal setting, and rewards, such as gift cards from retailers.
Amazon Funds Computer Science Courses in New York
The tech company announced that its Amazon Future Engineer program will be available to select schools in New York.
The Amazon Future Engineer program is a nationwide childhood-to-career initiative that’s focused on helping children in underrepresented and underserved communities gain access to introductory and AP Computer Science courses.
The program looks to initially serve more than 130 high schools in the area.
