Amazon Reportedly Picks Two New Headquarters

The Wall Street Journal reports, citing anonymous sources familiar with the matter, that Amazon will split its HQ2 locations between New York, and Northern Virginia.
The highly anticipated locations were up against 238 other city candidates looking to host the eCommerce giant’s new headquarters.
An announcement is expected to be made within the week.
Diageo Sells 19 of its Brands for $550 Million
The multinational alcoholic beverage company announced that it has entered into an agreement to sell 19 of its brands to Sazerac, one of America’s oldest family owned, privately held distillers.
The brands included in the transaction are Seagrams 83, Yukon Jack, and Peligroso.
The $550 million deal is expected to close early 2019.
Kellogg’s Announces Operational Changes to its North American Business
The multi-national food manufacturing company announced that it will implement changes to its North American organizational structure beginning in January 2019.
As part of the changes, Kellogg’s looks to invest in new eCommerce capabilities, consolidate its morning foods, snacks and frozen foods business units, and build an end-to-end North American supply chain which includes procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and customer service.
