Amazon Enhances its Returns Policy

The technology company announced that it plans to ease the returns process for its US-based customers.

The company stated that most returns will no longer need a box, tape, or label to make a free return. A customer will simply need to drop off eligible products to a physical Amazon store, a Kohl’s, Whole Foods, or UPS store.


Lyft Teams up with Aptiv, and the National Federation of the Blind

The ridesharing company announced that it plans to combine Aptiv’s self-driving technology “to Lyft’s blind and low vision rider community.”

The company stated that it has worked closely with the National Federation of the Blind for over the past two years on initiatives that provide ridesharing access to the community, boost the awareness of blind passenger’s rights, and implement inclusive and effective public policies.


Microsoft Forms a Strategic Alliance with Providence St. Joseph Health

The technology company announced in a press release that it’s teaming up with Providence St. Joseph Health “on a multi-year strategic alliance to accelerate the digital transformation of health care.”

According to the company, the partnership looks to “develop and deploy new health care technologies that will harness the power of Microsoft Azure and AI with clinical expertise to transform the care experience”
