Accenture Acquires a Gas, Oil, and Airline Consulting Firm
The global management consulting and professional services company announced that it has acquired “Enaxis Consulting, a Houston-based management consulting firm with deep experience in digital capabilities, data science and agile project delivery focused on the upstream oil and gas and oilfield services sectors and the airline industry”.
The acquisition looks to assist companies in the respective industries through organizational transformation, innovation, and operational efficiency.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The multinational pharmaceutical company announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Tesaro, an oncology-focused business.
According to the company, the $5.1 billion all-cash deal looks to “strengthen GlaxoSmithKline’s pharmaceutical business, accelerating the build of GlaxoSmithKline’s pipeline and commercial capability in oncology”.
