Lyft Moves into Medical Appointment Transportation
Company Announcement

The on-demand transportation company announced that it has been approved to become an enrolled Medicaid provider in Arizona. According to the company, the move enables Lyft to transport eligible patients to and from medical appointments in the state.

The announcement follows new state regulations regarding non-emergency medical transportation and makes the company the first in the United States to offer the transportation solution.

Ths company stated that it also plans to explore opportunities in other states.


Shopify Looks to Enhance the Shopping Experience

The ecommerce platform announced that merchants can now connect with their customers through Apple Business Chat, a feature that let’s iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Mac users connect with merchants through the messages app.

Shopify merchants will be able to manage the feature through Shopify Ping, its centralized customer conversation and marketing workflow manager.

The feature brings Apple Business Chat to over 800,000 Shopify merchants globally.


NuData Announces a New CEO

The online security company owned by Mastercard, announced that it has appointed Christopher Bailey as it’s new CEO.

The move follows the retirement of Michael Giasson, who served as the company’s CEO for 12 years.

According to a company press release, Bailey will focus on evolving NuData’s tech stack and solutions.
