Shopify Launches a Fulfillment Network
The Canadian-based ecommerce platform announced that it’s launching a fulfillment network that gives merchants in the United States access to Shopify’s dedicated network of fulfillment centers.

Dominos Rolls Out Autonomous Delivery
The pizza company announced that it’s partnering with Nuro, a robotics firm, to offer autonomous pizza deliveries to customers in Houston, Texas.
The company stated that select customers will have the option to have their order delivered by an unmanned robot provided that they “order online from one of Domino’s participating stores”.
Mondelez Looks to Acquire a Majority Stake in a Nutrition Bar Company
The multinational food and beverage company announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire a majority interest in Perfect Snacks, an organic, non-GMO, protein bar business.
According to Mondelez, citing a report by Mintel, nutrition snacks in the well-being space, is a fast-growing market representing $7 billion in annual sales.
As part of the deal, Perfect Snacks will continue to operate as a separate company to maintain the authenticity of the brand. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
