Aston Martin Reportedly Plans to go Public

Reuters reports that auto manufacturer, Aston Martin, plans to launch the prospectus for its Initial Public Offering around September 20th.

According to sources familiar with the matter, the sports car manufacturer looks to target a valuation of 5 billion pounds, or $6.4 billion USD.

Reuters states that the company plans to float on the London Stock Exchange.


Amazon Expands its Whole Foods Delivery Service

The company announced that it’s launching Whole Foods grocery delivery in Columbus, Dayton, Portland, Greater Washington D.C. and additional areas of New York City.

Whole Foods delivery is now available in 28 cities in the United States with plans for continued expansion across the U.S. throughout the rest of the year.


Facebook Rolls Out it Video Streaming Entertainment Platform

The company announced that its entertainment streaming platform, Facebook Watch, is now available around the globe.

According to the company, every month, more than 50 million people in the United States watch videos for at least a minute in Facebook Watch. The total time spent watching videos in Watch has increased by 14X since the start of 2018.

Watch includes programs such as, live Major League Baseball games, Red Table Talk with Jada Pinkett Smith, and beauty mogul Huda Kattan’s Huda Boss.

The service looks to compete against other online streaming rivals including Netflix, Amazon, and Walmart.
