Last week, Elon Musk shared a twitter update regarding the Boring Company’s rapid transit tunnel created in Hawthorne, Los Angeles.
The company, which creates tunnels in the hopes of reducing city traffic congestion, is expected to roll out an opening party on its Hawthorne location project on December 10th.
The company also has 3 other locations in the pipeline including creating an express service project for Chicago’s O’Hare airport, and a project connecting Washington DC to Maryland.
Setter Announces $10 Million in New Funding

The home maintenance management company announced that it closed a Series A funding round of $10 million backed by Sequoia Ventures, NFX, and Maple VC.
The company is available in San Francisco, which is its second market after Toronto.
The new funds will be used to help the company expand to multiple markets in North America.
Southwest Airlines Begins Operating New Routes
The airline announced that it began operations of new flights at the start of what is expected to be a busy holiday season.
New flights include routes between Burbank and Chicago, San Jose and Tucson, and New York and New Orleans.
The company stated that before December it “will offer up to 98 departures a day to more than two dozen destinations across the United States and Mexico.”
