McKesson Moves its Headquarters
The healthcare and pharmaceutical distribution giant announced that it’s relocating its new headquarters from San Francisco to Las Colinas, a developed area in the Dallas suburb of Irving, Texas. The relocation is part of a multi-year strategic initiative that looks to “optimize the company’s operating and cost structures”.
McKesson stated that it “will continue to have a strong presence in California” after its relocation to Texas, with over 1,400 employees “primarily in distribution operations and sales”.
The move to the new headquarters is expected to go in effect on April 1st, 2019.
Apple Music Teams up with Amazon

The music streaming service will be made available on Amazon Echo devices, this according to an Amazon blog post.
The company stated that music is one of the most popular features on the Amazon Alexa device.
The streaming service is expected to launch on the device during the week of December 17th, 2018.
Marriott Announces a Data Breach
The multinational hospitality company announced that it has “has taken measures to investigate and address a data security incident involving the Starwood guest reservation database”.
According to a company press release, an investigation determined that there had “been unauthorized access to the Starwood network since 2014”.
Marriott stated that “approximately 500 million guests who made a reservation at a Starwood property” may have been affected. The company has reported the incident to law enforcement and has begun notifying regulatory authorities.
