Cargo Expands its Partnership with Uber
The rideshare vending company announced that it’s expanding its Uber partnership to New York City.
Cargo enables drivers to earn extra income per ride by offering riders the opportunity to purchase snacks and personal amenities while on a trip.
The company, which launched 20 months ago, has already teamed up with more than 20,000 rideshare drivers.
Intel Broadens its Partnership with SAP
Both companies have agreed to a multi-year partnership focused on optimizing Intel’s platform “for SAP’s end-to-end enterprise software applications”.
The collaboration will employ Intel’s technology to help power SAP’s business solutions for enterprises.
Toys R Us is Back in the United States
The toy retailer announced that its parent company, Tru Kids Brands, is expected to bring the stores back this holiday season.
As part of the move, Tru Kids Brands has entered into a joint venture with b8ta, an experiential store retailer, to launch smaller-format store spaces showcasing curated toys.
The company plans to open two locations in Houston, Texas, and Paramus, New Jersey. It also stated that it plans to “open additional locations in prime, high-traffic retail markets within the U.S. over the course of 2020.”
